Your Choices are
- Ultra Short Throw
- Short Throw
- Interactive Projector
In an ideal World the best option is the Ultra Short Throw Projector.Ultra Short Throw projectors are installed within inches of the mounting wall. This ensures that teachers and pupils using the projector don't get light shining in their eyes also there will be no shadow on the screen.
Using a Short Throw Projector will also result in some glare in the user's eyes and shadow on the screen or whiteboard. Using a traditional projector in the middle of the class will also result in considerable glare in the user eyes.
With an Ultra Short Throw Projector the Teacher gets No Glare and No Discomfort.

BECTA Warns Schools: (BECTA is the British government agency leading the national drive to ensure the effective and innovative use of technology throughout learning.)
"If using data projectors or interactive whiteboards, ensure that pupils never look directly into the beam of the projector. If presenting to the class and entering the beam, pupils should not look towards the audience for more than a few seconds, and ideally should keep their backs to the beam at all times."
The optimum way to ensure this is by using an ULTRA Short Throw Projector
