Our process often follows the following Steps.
Step One: Gaining an Understanding
Upon receiving the client’s solutions inquiry, Meritec assigns a project team to the prospective solution. The Team carefully listens to the client in order to gain a detailed understanding of solution’s requirements. Additionally, the Team will also gain an insight into the prospective client’s current and future aspirations.
Step Two: Analysis and Recommendations
The project team will analyse details of its client-driven communications. Meritec responds by developing comprehensive concepts, proposals, schedules, and budgets.
Step Three: Design
Following proposal acceptance, Meritec’s Solutions Design Team develops the integrated solution. When appropriate, Meritec designers will work closely with end-clients, architects, and contractors to ensure that designs are appropriate to other elements of a build.
Meritec Design teams provide both creativity and experience to maximise the potential for any lighting, audio visual, digital signage, and integrated solution.
Step Four: Specifying
Upon design approval, the design and project teams work to provide complete solutions specification, incorporating plans, products, schedules, and budgets.
Step Five: Installation
Meritec’s project team then works closely with clients to install the Meritec Solution on-time and on-budget.
